From: Jose L. Solano (jsolano199@aol.comlink) Subject: [PW!] Onward, Brave Demon! Newsgroups: alt.games.nintendo.pokemon Date: 2000/06/03 Pokewars: Trent Retwin "Onward, Brave Demon!" Jose L. Solano "Lord Akumachu..." Aurem said through the same transmitter Akumachu had used to contact Trent. "What is it, Aurem?" Akumachu responded, still in control of Trent's body. "I have found that Trent is still alive." "What?! Alive?" "Yes, he is alive. His dark side didn't manage to kill him, only subdue him. Trent remains dormant deep within his subconscious." "Is there any way to eliminate him?" "I'm not sure, master. I will investigate this matter. The library of Lucifer may hold the answer." Akumachu/Trent remained near the village he had... "evacuated." He had realized a while ago that they were the only inhabitants of the small island. They were apparently too stupid to build canoes or rafts. The only thing they were skilled at was pottery, which was useless to him. "Wait a second..." Akumachu said to himself, "If I tie the pots together, perhaps they'll form a raft strong enough to hold my weight!" Akumachu/Trent began gathering all the pots and ropes he could. He tied them all together to form a giant raft. He pulled it into the sea, and surely enough, it floated. Akumachu/Trent climbed into it. "Ok, now, hold together..." Thankfully, it did. Akumachu/Trent climb off, ran back to the village, pulled off a wooden board from one of the huts, and climbed back onto the pot-raft. "Pot-raft? What a strange name." Uh... how'd you read the narration? "Uh... sorry." That's better. Akumachu/Trent began to row with the makeshift plank and set off towards the mainland. There, he would find many, many more victims to claim. Meanwhile, in Heaven, Katherine watched as Akumachu/Trent slowly made his way out to sea. She sighed, knowing she'd have to go back down to Earth to do something about it. "Why did I have to be Trent's guardian angel?" "Because nobody else was stupid enough-er, nobody liked Trent enough to take on the job," said a small Oddish. "Well, wish me luck. I'm going to need it," Katherine said as she descended towards Earth.
