(I'm not sure if Zeph's still in the group, so I left him out of the
fwding. Same with Jen. Sorry, keeping up with e-mail has been a real
bitch recently due to Hotmail's sudden surge of spam)

Night Shade looked up from the cover of a dormitory's shadow, and
remembered another ability Ghost Pokemon possessed, transperancy.
Holding one of her disembodied hands infront of her eyes, she focused
her thoughts upon it, and saw it fade from sight with an ease that
suprised her. Rather than remaining hidden, she drifted out into the
open, her ethereal body fading away as she did so.
She felt sluggish, her vision and thoughts seemed blurred due to the
levels of concentration needed to maintain invisibility. The other
Ghost Pokemon on the reserves shouldn't bother her as long as she kept
to herself, it was highly likely that these trained Pokemon had the
same insticts as their wild counterparts for realising potential
threats.
A passing student taking manual inventory on the University's Pokemon
population, had checked Night Shade's "level" with his Pokedex, and
registered her as an L72 Wild Pokemon. Her lack of Pokeball-and-chain
maring her as an untamed Pokemon, but she should be able to pass
herself off as a released trained Pokemon, wild Haunter simply didn't
have such high power ratings.
Thinking to herself, Night Shade wondered how her power level had
climbed so high. The majority of it was likely to be from the spirit
of her Kadabra, also the source of her abilities.
The seemingly insignificant chase unfolding infront of her might prove
to be the source of her next goal, a body, and a Pokemon. In the
distance, a small blonde-haired girl was running over to the group
pursuing the Haunter making off with an infant Aerodactyl. Without any
form of telepathy or psychic talents, Night Shade could tell that she
was an outsider, and wouldn't be too hard to draw away from the rest
of the group.
Drifting forwards, Night Shade briefly considered attacking the other
Haunter, but instead floated on past. The girl was by herself, save
for a boy on his way to the target ranges, Night Shade could attack
her, possess her and roam about the University without anyone
noticing. She wasn't running particularly quickly, or stylishly for
that matter, appearing to be somewhat of an airhead.
"Even better", thought Night Shade, "nothing in there to stop me from
getting in."
------
Kirsty could see her friends chasing after the now-airborne Pteryx,
and ran towards them. Despite her lack of Pokemon knowledge, she was
smart enough to realise that something was wrong.
Jon, on his way to the target ranges, was almost bowled over by Kirsty
as she rushed forwards. Before he could ask what was happening, he saw
the small, distant figure of a baby Aerodactyl, and realised what was
wrong. The target ranges could wait, he thought, his friends needed
his assistance.
------
Night Shade swore to herself as she realised there was another person
nearby, and prepared for her first real battle as a Haunter.

(I hope this post doesn't disrupt anyone's plans due to me doing
something perhaps a little too influencing on the group's actions.)
