"Bravo, Dreadite, or should I say, Naes," said Silly Putty, applauding. "You
really play your role in this little show well. Quite well. I would reveal my
life to you... But you would find it boring. Likely you would fear your
immortality, fear being quite literally bored to death. But you do have a
flair for dramatics. I apologize for my inconsistencies... But, you see, I'm
not quite myself any more."
"What do you mean by that?' asked Dreadite casually. "I have found that I can
read minds... But I did not know, until now, that each mind becomes a part of
my own. That thrice-accursed Doppler... He commands me again... And now you,
too, in the driver's seat... I feel so bizzarre."
"My thoughts will cause you only trouble. They are not meant to be thought by
a mortal," warned Dreadite. "You think we're mortal?" laughed Silly Putty.
"Oh you poor, deluded child. I'm old enough to be your grandaddy, and I'll
still look this young when you've wrinkled up like a century-old prune. But
enough of that. Would you care for the oft-mandatory, no matter how out of
place, fight scene, Naes; or shall I just burst into insane laughter and exit
via the wall?"

(Your turn, Dread!)
